London is a beautiful city! Wandering the streets you can meet thousands of different cultures and the city itself is a mix of modern and ancient architecture! I had never been to London before but now I can say that it is a great city! I had lots of fun with my group – we were totally crazy!!! I would have liked to socialize a little bit more but I arrived with my own group and, since I’m a bit shy, I spent most of my time with them! Anyway, I had a great time with everyone else too! One of the things that struck me the most is that it seems that London wants to imitate America without betraying its English spirit: huge screens full of advertising, a big M&M’s shop and theatres with showy signs – so American style! Another unbelievable thing that I noticed is that there are union jacks everywhere!!! In Italy none of this exists! And then, cars with left side wheels. And a very crowded underground service, with surprisingly narrow trains! Even more narrow than in Italy!
All in all it was a wonderful experience! From meeting new people to watching the European Championship abroad (among which England VS Italy with English people!), from strolling in the parks to visiting many museums and going shopping to Primark!!! I miss all of you, guys!!!
